1. GOBINATH R student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has participated in ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING& FDM PRINTING TECHNIQUES organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, held on 09^th JULY, 2026 at Indra Ganesan Foundation Pre Incubation Centre, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

PARUK PAVITHRA RAJ Y student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has participated in KRXGEN’ 26- A National Level 24 Hour Hackathon organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, held on 24^th & 25^th AUGUST, 2026 at K.Ramakrishnan College of Engineering (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

37. GOBINATH R student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has Won BEST PLACE in TECH SHOW CASE IN – TECH INNOVA 26 organized by the Department of CSE, held on 01^ST October   2026 at Indra Ganesan College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu.

38. 22 STUDENTS (Anisha T, Aarthi N, Keerthana P, Deepana B, Mageshwari D, Nisha M, Kamalesh R, Gokul V, Arvind U, Balamurugan P, Akash N, Abishek K, Santhosh M, Mukilan M, Arumuga Sabari Ram M, Ragupathi Raju Y, Harish K, Jayasurya B.G, Nithishkumar S, Paruk Pavithra Raj Y, Gobinath R and Balaguru C.) have attended a National Level Technical symposium FENIX 2k26 on 07.10.2026 organized by Department of CSE & Data Science, Anna University, BIT campus, Tiruchirappalli.

39. Students of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM, participated in various sports and games, including Handball, Football, Badminton, Ball Badminton, Cricket and Basketball, in the Anna University Zonal-Level Tournaments and Chief Minister’s Trophy (CM Trophy) competitions.

JAYASURYA B.G, student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has participated in the ELECTROVERSE event in NEXORA '26, a National-Level Technical Symposium organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, University College of Engineering, Anna University, Ariyalur on 1st October 2026.

JAYASURYA B.G, student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has participated in the PAPER PRESENTATION event in AAROHAN '26, a State Level Technical Symposium organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, held on 9th October 2026 at Fatima Michael College of Engineering and Technology.

42. JAYASURYA B.G, student of GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM has participated in the TECHNICAL CONNECTION event in AAROHAN '26, a State Level Technical Symposium organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, held on 9th October 2026 at Fatima Michael College of Engineering and Technology. 

43. Students of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, SRIRANGAM, participated in FLEVIX 1.0, an Intra College - 12-Hour Hackathon, organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering on 8th October 2026 (Thursday) at Government College of Engineering, Srirangam. Five teams participated in the event, and one team (JAYASURYA B.G, GOKUL.V, MAR SAAD WAQQAS, and K. MOHAMMED MUHAYYIDHEEN DHULFIHAR) from Mechatronics Engineering Department participated in the Embedded Systems category. 

44. Students of Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, SRIRANGAM, participated in ELEVIX 1.0, Intra College - 12 College Hackathon organized by Electronics and Communication Engineering, Srirangam on 8th October 2026 (Thursday) at Government College of Engineering Srirangam. Five team participated in the event, One team (K. YUKESH, S.P. DARUN, V. VETHAVAN, M. ARUMUGA SABARI RAM) from Mechatronics Engineering Department participated in IoT Program. 

45. Students of Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, SRIRANGAM, participated in ELEVIX 1.0, Intra College - 12 College Hackathon organized by Electronics & Communication Engineering Srirangam on 8th October 2026 (Thursday) at Government College of Engineering Srirangam in the event, One MEXA team participated in the event, One team (PAARUK PAVITHRA RAJ.Y, GOBINATH.R, ANISHA.T, NISHA.M) from Mechatronics Engineering Department participated in Full Stack Program. 

46. Students of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING SRIRANGAM, participated in ELEVIX 1.0, an Intra-College 12-Hour Hackathon, organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering on 8 October 2026 (Thursday) at Government College of Engineering, Srirangam. Five teams participated in the event, and one team (VASANTHA RAJA V, LOGA VIGNESH M, MUKILAN M AND BALAGURU C) from the Mechatronics Engineering Department secured Second Prize in the Embedded Systems category.
